What’s Your Favorite Celebrity Car?

For whatever reason, people are enamored with celebrities, but as a car person I care more about celebrities’ cars than their latest tropical vacation or newest starring role. Celebrities are known to have some of the most ostentatious cars, but also some more mundane rides, too. If you’re a big Kardashian fan, then you know they love their monotone muted color Range Rovers and Rolls-Royces, or if you’re a Ludacris fan then you know he loves his 1993 Acura Legend more than life itself.

I’ve always loved Paris Hilton’s expansive collection of cars; it makes me happy to know that sweet fake-baby-voiced Paris likes her cars to be colorful, sexy, low-slung, and sporty. Her iconic Barbie pink Bentley Continental GTC will forever live in my mind, and though it wasn’t the car that made the iconic Paris-Britney-Lindsay photo possible, my favorite car that the hotel heiress owned was her Lexus LFA — she actually owned two of them! Looking at Paris, you don’t immediately picture her to be a car person. She walks around in stilettos carrying a teacup chihuahua in a handbag, but then she slides into the driver’s seat of a supercar and speeds away. Truly iconic. You could say that she’s sliving, even.

So then, Jalopnik audience, what car does a celebrity drive that makes you believe that they are truly sliving their best life? Is it a car that you want to own, or one that you just admire from behind their verified Instagram posts? You can pick a car that a classic star owned before their passing, or a more modern example of the cars that ferry the elite. There’s no wrong answer, so go ahead and share your favorite celebrity’s car.
