The Chase star Anne Hegerty’s TV transformation stunned. Now Larry Emdur spills all

It’s the TV transformation all of Australia is talking about – The Chase star Anne Hegerty’s glamorous makeover during her live chat on The Morning Show on Tuesday.

While Australians are used to seeing “The Governess” in her formal grey suit and old-fashioned quiff, the quiz show star looked “unrecognisable” in a fashionable blue blouse, bright lipstick and relaxed curled hairstyle.

Posting on his Instagram page, Emdur – who is also host of The Chase – joked about what it was like to have the main women from his two shows together.

“It’s The Governess!!! Awwww my two work wives got along swimmingly at the annual Channel 7 ‘Bring your favourite work wife to work’ day,” he said.

“They bonded over their ‘love’ of me and how they’re both contractually obliged to get along with me.”

Responding to the post, Mark Labbett – who appears on The Chase as “The Beast” – commented: “They both work so hard to make you look good.”
