PS Plus Extra and Premium March 2024 line-up, release date, time and games leaving service | Gaming | Entertainment

PS Plus subscribers are counting down to the release of the Extra and Premium games for March 2024. The next batch of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games will be available to download and play on the morning of March 19 for PS4 and PS5. While there’s no set release time, the games should hit the service by midday UK time. It’s also your last chance to play the seven games that are leaving the system, such as Tchia, Ghostwire Tokyo, Code Vein and Outer Wilds.

Other games leaving PlayStation Plus Extra include Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, Neo The World Ends With You and Haven.

As for the games joining PS Plus in March, the headline new releases are NBA 2K24, Resident Evil 3 Remake, and Marvel’s Midnight Suns.

Developed by the team behind the more recent XCOM games, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a highly-rated turn-based tactical game featuring a wide variety of superheroes.

Sony explains more: “Fight alongside seasoned superheroes and supernatural warriors in this exciting tactical RPG.

“Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a new tactical RPG set in the darker side of the Marvel Universe. Team up – and live among – the Midnight Suns, as you battle against demonic forces of the underworld to stop Lilith, Mother of Demons from resurrecting her master Chthon.

“Pushed to the brink, The Avengers team up with the Midnight Suns – Ghost Rider, Magik, Blade and Nico Minoru – to desperately revive the Hunter, a legendary hero and forsaken child to Lilith.”

Speaking of superheroes, other games joining PS Plus Extra include LEGO DC Supervillains, which lets players control costumed criminals such as Joker, Bane and Deathstroke.

That’s on top of Mystic Pillars: Remastered, Blood Bowl 3, Super Neptunia RPG and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can download and play a further five games, including Jak and Daxter The Lost Frontier.

Classic snowboarding game Cool Boarders also joins PS Plus Premium, as well as God Eater Burst, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy and JoJos Bizarre Adventure AllStar Battle R.

Finally, beginning April 1, My Hero Academia Season 1 will be available on Sony Pictures Core to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe members.
