NSW Police make public appeal for help locating missing girl Pepper Stern

A 12-year-old girl has been reported missing from Sydney’s east, sparking an urgent public appeal from police.

Pepper Stern was last seen on Girilang Ave, Vaucluse at 11.15am on Tuesday.

NSW Police were alerted about her disappearance when she couldn’t be located or contacted.

Police say they hold concerns for Pepper’s welfare due to her age and are “conducting inquiries to locate her”.

The 12-year-old is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 162cm tall and has long brown curly hair.

She was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants, an orange jumper and white tracksuit pants.

“Pepper is known to frequent the Glebe area,” NSW Police said.

Anyone who sees the young girl, or has any information about her whereabouts, is urged to call Crime Stoppers or submit an online report.
