Miami Beach just isn’t into you — and by “you,” we mean rowdy, law-breaking tourists in town for spring break.

In a social media ad campaign, the City of Miami Beach says it will be implementing stringent new rules ahead of the popular time of year for visitors.

The video shows people who appear to be locals “breaking up” with spring breakers.

The ad blasts tourists who “want to get drunk in public and ignore laws,” rather than enjoy the beach and the culture of the Florida city.

The campaign comes a year after Miami Beach declared a state of emergency following two fatal shootings during spring break, with clips of what happened in 2023 shown in the video.

It was the third year in a row that Miami Beach had to enact emergency measures to control disorderly crowds.

City officials said curfews, bag checks, restricted beach access, DUI checkpoints and expensive parking fees and towing rates would be implemented.

Security checkpoints at the beach will be looking for prohibited items such as alcohol, coolers, tents and tables. Even playing music from portable speakers is banned.

An increase in law enforcement will also be patrolling the streets after Gov. Ron DeSantis announced that 45 state cops would be deployed to the city to bolster the police.

The city’s plans to crack down on tourists were first unveiled in a news release last month.

The measures will be in effect every Thursday through Sunday in March, though the rules get even stricter during the “highest-impact weekends” (March 7-10 and 14-17), when the city anticipates the largest crowds.

Miami Beach Police Chief Wayne A. Jones told NBC News the entire police force would be working overtime during spring break.

“You come here, you have a good time, you behave, we will invite you back,” Jones said. “You come here and break the law, we’re likely gonna arrest you.”
