Kourtney Kardashian Barker is officially a mum of four.
The reality star has welcomed a baby boy — her first child with husband Travis Barker — after a rocky pregnancy.

Sources close to the couple confirmed the news to TMZ, as Barker, as well as Kardashian Barker’s sister Kylie Jenner, were spotted arriving at Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
Barker had already revealed their son’s name is Rocky Thirteen Barker, spilling the details on the One Life One Chance With Toby Morse podcast last month.
At the time he also shared that Rocky’s due date was Halloween or the first week of November.
The new parents have yet to confirm the birth or share anything on their social media.
However, a source has told People that “Kourtney is over the moon about her son’s arrival”.
“Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end,” the source said.
“She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now, she feels so blessed.”
Rocky is the seventh child of their blended family, with older siblings including Kardashian Barker’s children with ex partner Scott Disick — Mason, 13, Penelope, 11 and Reign, 8.
Meanwhile, Blink-182 drummer Barker has two other children — Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17 — and stepdaughter Atiana, 24.
It has been a rocky road for the parents to welcome their new son, after trying IVF several times as documented on the reality show The Kardashians.
But Kardashian later shared that she fell pregnant naturally, calling it “God’s plan” in a June post.
However, in September, the mother suffered a “terrifying” scare when she had to undergo emergency foetal surgery.
Kardashian thanked her medical team for “saving our baby’s life”, with a black-and-white Instagram post six days after Barker delayed Blink-182’s UK tour for an “urgent family matter”.
“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” she wrote at the time.
“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterward, my rock.
“And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”
Following the scare, the Barkers celebrated their impending arrival with a Disneyland-themed baby shower at Kardashian Barker’s mother Kris Jenner’s house.
The Poosh founder is a self-confessed “Disney adult” having had a love for the “happiest place on earth” since her childhood.
Micky Mouse balloons and food featured at the event, as did a musical performance from a barbershop quartet, mimicking Disney’s Dapper Dans.
Guests were given Disney Mouse ears featuring “Baby Barker” engraved on the back.
