The long-term partner of English football star Declan Rice has reacted after copping online abuse.
Lauren Fryer, 25, has made the upsetting decision to take down all of her photos from Instagram following ‘disgusting’ — and bizarre — comments by trolls.
Rice is an England representative and plays for high-flying EPL team Arsenal after making the switch from West Ham.

The recent comments about his girlfriend Fryer are perplexing given the loved-up couple have been in a relationship for almost 10 years, started dating when they were 17, and have a child together.
Fryer is also regularly seen at games cheering on her man.
But out of nowhere, personal attacks began last December, when trolls suddenly started saying Rice “could do better” and that he had “low standards”.
The fallout has finally taken its toll on Fryer, and her 70,000-plus followers on Instagram page have watched her personal photos vanish.
Rightly so, mystified fans have reacted in disgust.
“Dean Rice’s girlfriend Lauren Fryer has sadly deleted all her social media photos after online trolls made fun over her appearance,” one fan blasted on X (formerly Twitter).
“Absolutely heartbreaking to hear, nobody deserves that. Why are people so cruel. Insecure men can f*** off with their opinions. LEAVE HER ALONE!
“She’s beautiful and they make a lovely couple …”
Founder of fashion site In The Style, Adam Frisby said: “Appreciation post for this beautiful woman Lauren Fryer. We’re sorry to see that in 2024 women are still subject to so many disgusting comments.”
Another said: “Don’t know why they were trolling her. She’s beautiful.”
One impartial fan raged: “The comments are disgusting. He’s not a footballer that I have any particular interest in but him coming out in strong defence of her and putting it right makes me like him. Good on him in a world of footballers not having great reputations with women.”
Other fans also wanted authorities to take action.
“So sad. The perpetrators needed to be reported and blocked. She doesn’t need to delete her photos she’s lovely …,” one fan said.
Reality TV star Liberty Poole said: “I think she’s beautiful … What happened to celebrating different body types and embracing how we are all individually made?
“Beauty standards these days are unrealistic and everyone’s gone mad because of social media.
“I’m going to keep preaching about it till I die. Time for change, this can’t continue.”
