Create your own Jeremy Clarkson Farm with 92-rated game that’s being given away for free | Gaming | Entertainment

When I heard that Jeremy Clarkson was filming a show about farming, I can’t say I was expecting much. I certainly didn’t think Clarkson’s Farm would become one of my favourite shows, and the reason I would reactivate my Amazon Prime subscription. With the third season done and dusted and no release date in sight for season four, fans of Clarkson’s hit show must look for other ways to get their farming fix. Fortunately, Epic Games has you covered with the latest gaming giveaway on PC. Available from now until 4pm BST UK time on May 30, Epic Games customers can grab a free copy of Farming Simulator 22. All you’ve got to do is visit the store page, login to your account and redeem the game at no cost. It’s then yours to download and keep.

With a 92% user score on fellow PC platform Steam, Farming Simulator 22 lets players live the life of a modern-day farmer.

With licensed farming tools and vehicles, plus a range of activities, it’s the most comprehensive farming game to date.

You can test your agricultural skills by planting and harvesting crops (can you do a better job than Kaleb Cooper?), all the while farming the forests and rearing animals.

Developer Giants Software explains more: “Farming Simulator 22 brings a multitude of new gameplay features and offers more content and player freedom than ever before, including new ground working features like mulching or stone picking, an improved build-mode adding greenhouses and beehives, as well as a new character creator to bring your own, individual farmer to life.”

You can design vineyards and olive orchards in the south of France, grow wheat, corn and potatoes in the US-Midwest, or tend to an animal farm in the Alpine region.

Better yet, the game supports cross-platform multiplayer, which means you can tackle the chores together.

Epic Games is giving away high-profile releases like Farming Simulator 22 as part of its annual Mega Sale.
