AFL premiership hero Nathan Broad and reality TV wife Tayla Damir welcome first child into the world

Richmond premiership hero Nathan Broad and reality TV star Tayla Damir have welcomed a baby girl into the world.

The happy parents announced the birth of baby girl Samara on their social media on Saturday.

“Samara Margot Broad,” the caption read with three photos of the gorgeous new bub.

Broad has won three premiership with the Tigers, while Damir shot to fame after appearing on Love Island Australia.

The post was met with a flood of comments from friends and fans.

“Welcome to the world little lady!” Channel 7 presenter Abbey Gelmi said.

“Gorgeous news. Congratulations lovers x,” Rebecca Judd said.

“Oh my gosh .. soo beautiful! Biggest congrats,” Nadia Bartel said.

“Congrats broady,” West Coast ruckman Nic Naitanui said.

Broad and Damir were married last October in Queensland in an intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends.

The Tigers defender and Myer model are both from Perth originally, but held their ceremony at the Gold Coast hinterland.

At the time of their engagement, Damir said: “How lucky am I to be marrying the person I look up to the most.

“Your positive mindset even in difficult times, your heart of gold, your ability to see the good in everyone and every situation, your drive and support for the people you love is why I fall more in love with you every day.”
