Weight loss: Woman says 3 things helped her go from size 20 to 12

A woman has revealed how she went from a size 20 to a 12 in just a matter of months.

Content creator @michellecooper1000 shared her weight loss secrets with her followers on TikTok, explaining that shedding the pounds and keeping them off required a radical lifestyle change. Michelle provided her followers with “fat loss tips for women that work”, saying that she would be sharing “three things” that she “implemented every single day” when she was on her “fat loss journey”.

Firstly, she started “have a savoury breakfast every single day”.

“That meant I got rid of anything like porridge, breakfast cereals, or toast, or anything particularly carbohydrate-rich” she explained, revealing that she instead opted for “eggs and bacon, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, eggs and lentils” – making sure she had “plenty of meat and plenty of eggs for breakfast”.

Her second tip was to “dramatically increase” the amount of vegetables she was eating, pointing out that recipes which disguised the taste of vegetables were a great way to up her intake.

Finally, Michelle revealed that she “implemented an eating window”, as she used to eat from the “minute” she woke up in the morning, until she “went to bed at night”.

Michelle explained that she used to have a “really bad habit” of snacking, so she decided to set a specific window for eating healthy meals. “Whenever I finished my evening meal, that was it, my eating window was closed”, she revealed, outlining her daily schedule: breakfast at 9am, lunch at 2pm, and dinner between 6pm and 8pm.

Michelle highlighted that this method allowed her to go more than 12 hours without eating. She encouraged those who are “fed up with dieting” and want to enjoy “eating delicious food every single day” to try her approach.
