Additional witnesses are sought after a shooting at a Markham residence.

York Regional Police said officers responded on July 1 at around 11:15 p.m. to the area of Bur Oak and Mingay Aves. for reports of the sound of gunshots. Officers arrived to find a home that had struck by bullets and located two victims who said they had been shot at by two suspects.
No injuries were reported.
Video surveillance from the area showed two suspects waiting in a dark grey Acura RDX parked near the residence. When the victims returned home, police say the accused allegedly exited the car and shot at the victims and the residence before fleeing towards Bur Oak Avenue.
This is believed to be a targeted incident.

The suspect vehicle has been described as a dark grey Acura RDX Type S with dark, tinted windows.
