Vogue: What is KrasH’s best quality?
Ferg: How protective he is. He’s like a small, cute dog to everybody, but he’s vicious. His name is KrasH, so he’s ready to crash out at any moment.
He has the heart of a lion—he doesn’t stand back from anybody. My mother calls him Man-Dog, because he moves and acts like a man. He’s such a strong spirit. Whenever I wake up in the morning, he’s there in my bed, after I’ve told him, “Sleep in your own bed.” But he’s a lover, he wants to love. He’s a fly dog.
Who would voice KrasH in a movie?
I think I got to do the voiceover because I spend the most time with him, so I know what his spirit is. Or, we could get an AI Tupac voice because I swear he got Tupac’s spirit.
Where is one place you wish you could take KrasH?
I would like to discover where he’s been—that’s where I would want to go with KrasH. I would want to know: Within those three years, where was he? I hope this story gets out and I get to meet the family that had him and see what type of people they are. That’s if he was with a family. I don’t even know if he was just out and about. I want KrasH to show me everywhere he’s been—what he ate, if he fought rats, if he had dog friends, cat friends.
