The celebrities who have appeared at the 2024 DNC

(NEXSTAR) — Thousands have flooded into Chicago for the Democratic National Convention, including a number of celebrities.

Here’s a look at the celebrities who have spoken or performed (or are scheduled to), or have appeared at the DNC in Chicago, as of Monday.

Tony Goldwyn

Scheduled to speak Monday, the “Scandal” actor previously backed Hillary Clinton’s run for presidency in 2016. Goldwyn has worked as a Democratic activist.

James Taylor

The singer-songwriter appears set to perform Monday night after he was spotted at rehearsals earlier in the day. Taylor had performed for former President Barack Obama’s campaign and the Biden administration, and he recently cast doubts about Trump’s chances in this election.

Ana Navarro

The Republican strategist and co-host of ABC’s “The View” is scheduled to speak on Tuesday. Navarro has increasingly supported the Democratic Party in recent years, and, in a video posted to social media, called it “a mind-blowing moment” to support Harris.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus

It’s unclear if the “Veep” star will be at the main DNC event, but on Wednesday, Louis-Dreyfus will host an event in Chicago aimed at highlighting the “essential leadership” of female governors.

“I’m honored to host this conversation with America’s Democratic women governors while our party comes together to celebrate in Chicago,” Louis-Dreyfus said in a Tuesday announcement about the Democratic Governors Association (DGA) Women Governors Fund event.

There has been speculation of other celebrities making appearances at the DNC, like Charli XCX, who backed Harris earlier this year, calling her “brat” — a resounding endorsement among young voters.
