Tsitsipas and Badosa’s on-again-off-again relationship appears to be officially on, with Tsitsipas joining his girlfriend, the 2021 Indian Wells women’s singles champion, for mixed doubles at this year’s US Open. “We’re looking forward to it, it’s really nice to share the court together,” Badosa has said. “We spend time off court, but also on court. It’s really special in a Slam. It’s like a dream come true. Big shout out to him. He’s going through tough moments—but he’s a champion and he will always be a champion.”
Jannik Sinner and Anna Kalinskaya
“Yes, I’m with Anna, but we keep everything very confidential. I won’t say more,” the Italian tennis star reportedly said in May. True to his word, Sinner hasn’t engaged much publicly on the topic of his relationship with Kalinskaya—his Moscow-born girlfriend (who is a high-ranking tennis player in her own right)—since, although the two did appear together at the French Open this year.
Frances Tiafoe and Ayan Broomfield
Tiafoe—one of the four (!) American players to reach the semis at the US Open this year, though he ultimately fell to Taylor Fritz—has been seeing Canadian tennis player Ayan Broomfield since 2015, and as yet another tennis-for-tennis ultra-pair, they’re clearly well-matched. “He has so much support here in the States; I think they really have taken him in and they have his back,” Broomfield said of her beau during the Open. “Older, younger, men, women, everyone is just really, really behind him—they support him.”
