7NEWS Sydney has partnered with the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation for the annual Sydney Sick Kids Appeal.

Sydney Sick Kids Appeal is one of Sydney Children Hospitals Foundation’s (SCHF) major appeals — aiming to raise $15 million to support treatment, research, and patient experience across the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network (SCHN) — including both of Sydney’s children’s hospitals at Westmead and Randwick

This year’s annual Sydney Sick Kids Day is on Thursday, June 6, and thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, every donation made on Sydney Sick Kids Day (until midnight Sunday June 9) will be matched to the value of $250,000 — dollar for dollar! Now’s the time to make a tax-deductible donation and double the impact.

All proceeds from the event will go towards the purchase of essential equipment which will enable the hospital to continue to perform cutting-edge procedures for children.

SCHF’s Sydney Swans Match Day is Sunday, June 9 2024.

Volunteers will be at the SCG and there will be activations on Driver Ave and inside the stadium for everyone to get involved in — including a special quarter-time game for everyone to play from their seats. Watch for some of our patients and their families as they help the Swans with the coin toss and run out

7NEWS Sydney is a proud supporter of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, and has been for over a decade.
