In a new lawsuit, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of dangling a woman off a balcony at his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s apartment in Los Angeles.

According to the suit, which was obtained by Deadline, PEOPLE and Rolling Stone, fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan alleges Combs — who is facing federal charges that include racketeering conspiracy, transportation to engage in prostitution and sex trafficking — threatened to kill her and dangled her from a 17th-floor balcony in September 2016.

“On or about September 26. 2016, Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs sexually battered Ms. Bryana ”Bana’ Bongolan, dangled her off of a 17-story-high balcony, and then slammed her into the patio furniture on the balcony,” Bongolan’s suit claims.

“The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety,” Bongolan’s lawyer James R. Nikraftar of Miller Barondess said in the suit.

According to details included in the reports, the suit goes on to claim that Combs, 55, bragged he “could kill” her and called himself the “motherf***ing devil.”

Bongolan, who was a self-described “starving artist” at the time, alleges that Combs attacked her when she was staying with Ventura with her then-girlfriend.

“He grabbed her, turned her back to his chest, and molested her by groping her breasts as she yelled to be left alone,” the lawsuit claims. Combs allegedly groped Bongolan and thrust her towards the railing of the 17-story balcony while yelling, “Do you know what the f*** you did?”

Bongolan, who described herself as an aspiring singer at the time, “attempted to resist him (by) throwing her weight back in a struggle not to be thrown to the ground and what would likely be her death.”

“His outrageous and abhorrent conduct violated Ms. Bongolan’s fundamental dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of safety,” the document continues.

Bongolan also claims she saw “disturbing signs of an abusive relationship” between Combs and Ventura, who sued him last year, accusing him of rape and years of abuse.

In one instance, Bongolan says she saw Combs throw a “large kitchen knife” at Ventura, who “threw one back at him.” 

A legal representative for Combs denied Bongolan’s allegations in a statement shared with Deadline and USA Today. 

“As we have shared previously, anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have,” Combs’ legal team stated. “Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed an intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims.”

Combs’ team maintained that the three-time Grammy winner “firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.”

“He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come to light, demonstrating that the claims against Mr. Combs are without merit,” they continued.

Ventura’s suit, which was settled out of court, described Combs, who was 37 when they met, as a “vicious, cruel and controlling man” who lured Cassie into a romantic relationship and “almost immediately assert(ed) possession and control over her.”

According to her lawsuit, during their relationship, Combs introduced Cassie to “a lifestyle of excessive alcohol and substance abuse,” frequently beat her, forced her to engage in sex acts with male sex workers and raped the singer when she attempted to leave him.

“After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” Ventura said in a statement.

The lawsuit was settled a day after it was filed, with Ventura saying: “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

But in a video that surfaced in May of this year, Combs was seen physically assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway back in 2016.

The video was aired by CNN and showed Combs, wearing only a white towel, punching and kicking the Me & U singer who was his protege and longtime girlfriend at the time. The footage also showed Combs shoving and dragging Cassie and throwing a vase in her direction.

After Cassie’s legal action was settled, other accusations against the disgraced rap mogul started to surface and Combs was subjected to a federal criminal sex-trafficking investigation that led to his arrest in September.

The I’ll Be Missing You hitmaker has also faced several lawsuits, including one from a woman who claims he drugged and raped her when she was 13 years old as an unnamed “male celebrity” and “female celebrity” participated.

In another legal claim, a personal trainer accused Combs of passing him “around like a party favour” at an awards show afterparty in June 2022.

Combs is also accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a New York City hotel room in 2005 and assaulting a 17-year-old would-be contestant on the reality television series Making the Band in 2008.

Meanwhile, Thalia Graves held a news conference in which she alleged Combs and his bodyguard drugged and assaulted her in 2001, filming the attack.

In October, Tony Buzbee — who is representing more than 150 of Combs’ alleged victims — told TMZ that “big celebrities … are going to be sued for allegedly helping him carry out and cover up sexual assaults, unless they settle out of court.”

In a statement to the Associated Press, Combs’ representatives slammed the lawsuits and called them “clear attempts to garner publicity.”

As he awaits his May trial, Combs was denied bail for a third time last week by a judge who said his release posed a “serious risk” of witness tampering and intimidation.

“There is compelling evidence of Combs’s propensity for violence,” U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian wrote, according to the AP.
