Robert Irwin has shared a cheeky video about how he missed a huge “red flag”.
The 20-year-old wildlife warrior was seen in an Instagram post pointing to a sign at Blyde Canyon Safaris in South Africa warning: “Danger: no swimming crocodiles.”

“Don’t worry, you’re in no danger. The ones here don’t swim. They are not swimming crocodiles,” he told his audience.
Because of the missing punctuation, Irwin said he misinterpreted the sign that should have read: “Danger: No swimming, crocodiles.”
“I may have misunderstood this … “ he captioned the post.
“Commas save lives!”
His mother Terri Irwin was quick to respond: “Well read!”
The funny video comes months after Irwin broke up with his ex-girlfriend Rorie Buckey in February 2024.
In a joint statement posted to both their Instagram stories, the couple said they wished each other well for the future.
“We wanted to share that we have decided to go our separate ways but profoundly appreciate all of the time spent together and wish one another all the very best into the future,” the pair said.
“We wish to express the gratitude and respect we have for one another as we continue our journeys on different paths.
“We won’t be commenting further on this and really appreciate your respect and privacy at this time.”
Irwin, 20, met Buckey, 19, the niece of late Australian actor Heath Ledger, sometime in 2022.
The couple did not publicly debut their relationship until July 2023.
It’s not entirely clear how Buckey, whose family is based in Perth, first met Irwin, who lives in Queensland.
The couple often shared pictures of each other on social media, with Buckey also starring in some of Irwin’s viral TikToks.
But now, Irwin has wiped all photographs and videos of Buckey from his feed, and Buckey has switched her Instagram settings to private.
However, the pair continues to follow each other on Instagram.
Late last year, Buckey announced she was joining Australia Zoo, changing her Instagram bio to describe herself as a “Wildlife Warrior”.
It’s not clear if she will continue in her Australia Zoo role, but she has removed the phrase “Wildlife Warrior” from her Instagram bio.
The split surprised fans of the duo.
The pair had been posting loved-up photos of one another until as recently as January, when they were spotted at the Australian Open tennis in Melbourne.
