“Carey we have celebrated 21 birthdays together, in some strange places, too,” she began the caption.
“I’ve watched you grow from a young, gorgeous, insane athlete into a wise, even more gorgeous businessman, entrepreneur, father and husband.
“You are just getting started and I’ve loved growing up with you and raising little humans together.”
The couple, who married in 2006, have two children together Willow, 11, and Jameson, six.
Pink said that she was excited to watch Hart’s year ahead “maybe more than ever before”.
“I wish you peace and love,” she continued, “I am so glad you were born. Happy birthday Carebear 🥂.”
The supporting photo was a black-and-white image of the couple sitting side-by-side on the back of a boat.
Their legs appeared submerged in the water as they watched the scenery surrounding them.
The ‘So What’ singer’s husband Hart was quick to respond, writing, “Thank you 😘. Please get home quick and safe”.
“Why am I crying over Pink’s husband’s birthday,” a commenter said, reacting to the tribute.
“You two are the ultimate #couplegoals. To navigate the ups and downs and to come out of each stronger than ever…it’s so inspiring 💖,” another wrote.
A comment read, “That makes me believe in true love again 🤍 Happy birthday 🍀”.
Pink has long since been candid about the couple’s marriage, revealing in 2019 that they would not be together if it was not for couples therapy throughout their entire relationship.
“He speaks Polish, I speak Italian, and she (their daughter, Willow) speaks both. We don’t speak the same language,” Pink told Carson Daly on US TODAY.
“We come from broken families.”
“We had no model of, how are we supposed to keep this family together and live this crazy life?” she said.
“There’s no book that says, here’s how to do this.
“So we go to counselling, and it works.”
This comes as the couple are “seriously considering” moving the family to Australia, a source told US Weekly.
“It’s not only somewhere she’s been a lot, but it’s her favourite place in the world and she has a huge fan base there as well,” the source said.
The family reportedly has a “ton of connections and friends” in the country and finds life “so peaceful”.
“Pink believes she and her family would have an amazing life out there. Pink and Carey would love to live in the countryside away from the city so that their kids can still have plenty of space to ride their dirt bikes and play.”
The singer is set to bring her Summer Carnival tour to Australia in February 2024.
