Paul Walker Loved This Unfinished Camaro Almost As Much As ‘Dating’ Teenage Girls, And Now You Can Buy It

It’s been more than 10 years since “Fast And Furious” star Paul Walker died in a fiery crash as a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT. His death immortalized him in the automotive community, with his life later chronicled in the 2018 documentary “I Am Paul Walker.” Recently, Mecum listed an unfinished 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS Z28 that was previously owned by Walker, meaning you could own your own piece of Walker memorabilia. You know, as long as you’re fine with all the alleged statutory rape, that is.

No matter how much you love his movies, there’s no getting around the fact that Paul Walker liked ’em young. Conveniently, the documentary left out that part of his life, but there’s no getting around the fact that Walker was a creep. At the time of his death, Walker was dating Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, a woman he began dating when she was 16, and he was 33. He was also previously with Aubrianna Atwell, yet another woman he reportedly started dating when she was 16 and Walker was in his late 20s.

There are certainly a few states with some fucked up age of consent laws but in California, at least, the age of consent is 18. And let’s be honest, even if they didn’t do anything illegal and waited two years to have sex, that’s still creepy as hell. At best, Walker was just a good, old-fashioned groomer. Sorry, but every man in his 30s dating a teenager is a predator, full stop. And he reportedly did it multiple times. The fact that his old friends, including Vin Diesel, still speak so highly of him also raises a lot of questions about their morals, too.

So yeah, the car’s pretty cool. It was originally painted Le Mans Blue, packs a 302 V8 and a four-speed manual transmission and with a good restoration would be pretty bitchin’. We’re just not sure how anyone can buy this thing in good conscience. After all, sometimes the art really just shouldn’t be separated from the artist. Especially when kids are involved.
