The impact of the crash was so great that parts of the car were located nearly 100m from the crash site, 7NEWS understands.

Her two male passengers aged 16 and 17 and two female passengers aged 17 and 19 were hospitalised after the incident.

One of the teen boys, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, sustained critical injuries.

They were taken to Westmead and Liverpool hospitals.

Selina’s father Sok told The Daily Telegraph he was devastated by the loss of his “little girl” who loved computer games, her pets, and spending time with him.

“I can say I’m really proud of her. I just wish I had the chance to.”

The Australian Road Safety Foundation CEO Russell White told 7NEWS: “You have to drive to suit the conditions.

“Road trauma is the biggest killer of Australian children.”

“We’ve been used to a progressive downward trend with road trauma, it’s now bounced and gone the other way.”

Sixteen people have lost their lives in just 13 days on NSW roads, and police are urging drivers to take care.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing and anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
