My Summer Style Guide: Dariana Ramirez

This is how Club member Dariana Ramirez spends her summer—and what’s in her suitcase.

What’s your essential summer purchase—and why do you love it?

Every summer, Victoria’s Secret calls to me for a new swimwear upgrade! Aside from swimwear, though, a new tote bag is always an essential summer purchase—and this year, I went with the Ella Printed Tote from Tory Burch. It’s chic, versatile, spacious, and easy to style with any resort outfit.

What beauty product should everybody get their hands on—and why?

The Perfectionist Pro multi-defense sunscreen from Estée Lauder is an SPF 50 that neutralizes pollution with a combination of antioxidants. I apply it every morning on my face, neck, and chest—I love the refreshing burst of hydration in my face that leaves my skin radiant and smooth, and it also creates an ideal base for natural summer makeup. (And the floral-and-green tea scent makes me feel fresh all day,)

What place do you love to visit, and how do you spend your time there?

Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico! We have a family tradition of visiting our ocean-front beach house in Cabo Rojo every July. This place is food for my soul and connects me with my island vibes. I also travel solo every summer to connect with myself—I chose Paris this year for Vogue World and stayed in Montmartre, which was the best decision. It’s just so charming—full of the kind of art and history that enlightened both my spirit and my creativity!

What’s the one summer shoe you can’t recommend enough?

I have two great recommendations: The Tory Burch Kira flip-flops are comfy, chic, and elegant for a beach day or a bit of resort allure, while The Roman-style Carmela sandals are the most comfortable sandals that I own—I walked over four miles in Paris with them and felt like I was walking on clouds. And both fit perfectly with any summer outfit.

What’s one accessory you can’t do without and why?

Silk scarves are my go-to fashion item every summer. I’m obsessed with any design by Mango. They are so chic, and can be styled in many ways. I couldn’t resist buying a bunch in Paris, as some designs are exclusive to European stores.
