Meghan Markle flaunts new £40k diamond necklace and leaves fans saying the same thing | Royal | News

Meghan Markle has recently swapped her signature Cartier Juste un Clou necklace for another glistening piece and has left royal fans speechless.

The Duchess of Sussex made two appearances last week when she attended an intimate, star-studded gathering and panel discussion at the newly opened Godmothers bookstore in Summerland, California, which is near her home in Montecito.

Meghan donned white and black outfits but on both days she sported the stunning 18k yellow gold Fortuna tennis necklace with diamonds by Logana Hollowell – a new item in her jewellery collection.

The glistening piece retails at £23,327 for the lab-grown version and £39,605 for the natural diamond one and comes out in yellow, rose and white gold and various lengths. Meghan opted for one of the shorter lengths.

The brand writes on its website: “Introducing the 18k Fortuna Tennis Necklace with Diamonds, a divine embodiment of luck and fortune inspired by the Roman goddess herself. Fortuna, the goddess of fortune and luck, serves as the muse for this exquisite piece, seamlessly blending elegance with the whims of fate.

“Crafted in 18k gold, this tennis necklace is a manifestation of Fortuna’s powers. Each diamond, carefully set in the necklace, reflects the goddess’s ability to randomize and bring luck, adding a touch of celestial brilliance to the wearer.”

And it seems like Meghan’s “celestial brilliance” did capture most people’s hearts as several people took to social media to praise her for her new accessory.

One user wrote on Instagram: “That necklace!!!!!! Swooning.”

Another one added: “The necklace of my dreams!”

A third one said: “I’m still dreaming of a tennis bracelet. The necklace is amazing lmao.”

A fourth one commented: “Stunning necklace.”

A fifth one chimed: “That necklace is to die for.”

Lastly, another one wrote on X: “The new diamond tennis necklace is SOOOO BEAUTIFUL.”
