Megan Fox Is Pregnant—And Posted an Edgy Instagram to Prove It

Megan Fox is pregnant—and confirmed the news in a typically avant-garde way.

On Instagram, she posted a slideshow that included a nude photograph, with black, oily body paint covering her growing stomach taken by Jacob Webster. The next slide shows her holding a positive pregnancy test.

“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” she wrote in the caption—seemingly a nod to the actor’s miscarriage, which she described in her 2023 collection of poetry Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. (“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life,” she told Good Morning America of the loss. “It was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”)

This is Fox’s fourth child and first with her on-and-off partner, Machine Gun Kelly. The two got engaged in 2022, after the musician proposed to the actor with a ring by jeweler Stephen Webster that featured her birthstone, an emerald, and his birthstone, a diamond.

Like her pregnancy, Fox earlier confirmed the news of her engagement on Instagram with an emotionally charged announcement. “In July of 2020, we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma,” she wrote. “Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him. And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.”
