Lana Del Rey Embraces Bridal White

When Lana Del Rey reportedly married Jeremy Dufrene in a low-key Louisiana ceremony last month, the singer didn’t exactly flood her Instagram with newlywed content. But last night, in the afterglow of her (alleged) nuptials, Del Rey gave us a taste of her bridal-adjacent style.

Leave it to Alessandro Michele, the newly appointed Valentino creative director, to give the people what they want: a romantic, over-the-top white dress. (Okay, it’s off-white, but we’ll take it!) For the InStyle Imagemaker Awards in Los Angeles, Del Rey wore look 62, from resort 2025, Michele’s inaugural Valentino collection.

The semi-sheer floor-length dress is festooned with scalloped tiers, embellished with silvery sequins and rhinestones. While the ornate dress could’ve leaned into Miss Havisham territory, Michele outfitted it with a sexy triangular cutout that revealed a sliver of cleavage. Styled by Molly Dickson, who accompanied her for the evening, Del Rey dialed up the old-school glamour with a stole—which she wore draped over her forearms to show off her mesh sleeves—and dangling cameo earrings.

Michele recently flexed his bridal muscles, creating a custom wedding dress for Karen Elson’s wedding at Electric Lady Studios. If Lana Del Rey decides to plan a vow renewal…she knows who to call.
