Radio host Kate Ritchie has stunned social media with a throwback video from her Home and Away days.
The actress turned radio star shared a scene from the Channel 7 show, in which her character Sally, then a young girl, was constantly told no by other characters.

Ritchie, who Sally Fletcher on the show between 1988 and 2008, shared a compilation of footage made by a Home and Away fan account.
Scenes showed her asking adult characters if she could accompany them somewhere, be involved and help out in any way across various scenes.
And what was she told every time? “No!”
The footage was in a reel with Celine Dion’s All By Myself playing in the background.
“Poor Sally. Seriously. Sure does make sense of some things.. 📺⛱️🌊☀️👧🏻🩷👩🏻📺🏠🌊 @homeandaway.earlyyears keep them coming.
“You give us old Home and Awayers many many LOLs #sallyfletcher.”
Fans and co-stars of the beloved show were quick to react to the heartbreaking footage from her acting days.
Debra Lawrance, who played Pippa Ross on the show, wrote, “Oh dearest Kate!! The script writers made us do it 😞😂💕💕💕💕💕💕💕”.
Home and Away star Emily Symons simply shared some heart emojis.
“Oh my goodness. This is hilarious and tragic at the same time,” a commenter said.
“Thanks so much for sharing this. In our opinion, Sally can most definitely tag along any time,” another said.
“These are gold! Poor Sally never realised she was treated so badly 😂,” added another.
This is not the first throwback video Ritchie has reshared on her Instagram from her Home and Away days.

In October 2022, she shared a scene from the Channel 7 show, in which she performed with a local band in front of a rapt crowd.
“I have watched this blast from the past video repeatedly tonight,” Ritchie said at the time.
“Remembering fondly all those lovely faces I worked with years ago.
“Isn’t it funny how I reflect on this scene so kindly now when I remember being sick to the stomach over it on the actual day.
“There might just be a lesson in that for me,” she ended the post.
Ritchie was eight years old when she first arrived in the bay in 1988 and played the character until 2008, returning briefly in 2013 as part of the show’s 25th anniversary celebrations.
