Kamala Harris Is Asked A Cheeky Question About Donald Trump

Vice President Kamala Harris was asked arguably the most explicit question of her campaign Tuesday.

“How often do you say to yourself, ‘Man, fuck Donald Trump’?” Charlamagne Tha God asked while wrapping up a phone interview with the Democratic presidential nominee on “The Breakfast Club.”

“Just in your mind,” the wisecracking morning show co-host continued.

Harris seemed to be blindsided by the question and, audibly flustered, laughed before returning the focus of the conversation to “the American people.”

“You know, let me tell you, actually, that my focus — and honestly, more — is on— I just love the American people,” replied Harris. “And that people are taking time out of their so busy lives with all their demands and take the time to vote, to stand in line, especially in those places where their state leaders have tried to make it more difficult for them to vote.”

“That’s really where I spend my time, and the contrast point is really about that they deserve better,” she continued. “They deserve a president who actually cares.”

That response wrapped what is now her second interview with Charlamagne (whose real name is Lenard Larry McKelvey), as he interviewed Harris earlier this month during a campaign stop in Detroit. Harris was asked Tuesday about various moments that have made headlines since then.

When co-host Jess Hilarious (whose real name is Jessica Robin Moore) asked about the recent discourse around a lack of support from Black voters, which former President Barack Obama himself recently opined on, Harris rejected the notion — and claimed it’s nothing but a narrative.

“The brothers aren’t saying that,” she said Tuesday. “I was just at a barbershop in Philly talking with very incredible and distinguished men who are leaders in their community in small business and education.”

Harris continued: “And these men, these Black men, were talking about not only their support for me but, most importantly, their support for my perspective on what we can do that lifts up the community.”

Harris recently announced an economic agenda for Black men in an attempt to engage them in the election, while her GOP opponent held a controversial rally at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
