Julianne Hough Names The 1 ‘DWTS’ Champ She Felt Didn’t Deserve To Win

We’re sure his heart shattered in as many pieces as it takes to make a mirror ball trophy.

Julianne Hough named the celebrity whose win she “strongly disagreed” with on “Dancing with the Stars” while appearing on “Watch What Happens Live” over the weekend.

When host Andy Cohen asked Hough the question, the professional dancer initially paused to think — but country music star Mickey Guyton, who was also a guest on Cohen’s show, muttered a name under her breath while taking a sip of a cocktail, according to video of the conversation.

Hough seemed to hear Guyton’s remark and excitedly said:

“Oh! I think she has an answer for that!”

When Cohen asked Guyton whom she had named, she replied:

“I just said Bobby Bones.”

“Yeah, I actually agree with you!” Hough told Guyton. “And I think it’s because of the fanbase, right? It’s all about the fanbase on that show.”

“He was not the best dancer, ” Hough added of Bones.

The radio DJ, whose real name is Bobby Estell, won Season 27 of “DWTS” in 2018 with his partner, Sharna Burgess. It was quite an upset at the time, being that Bones didn’t have any prior dance experience and didn’t earn particularly high scores with the judges throughout the season.

“I’m not here because of my scores,” Bones said after his win. “I’m here because of my people.”

Hough’s choice for worst “DTWS” champ has some weight to it. She has been heavily involved with the long-running show since its beginnings, serving as a dance pro, judge and now cohost alongside former contestant Alfonso Ribeiro.

Hough wasn’t solely drinking Hater-Aid during her recent appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” — she also named her top five contestants on the show.

They were, in no particular order, singer Kellie Pickler, “Doctor Strange” star Xochitl Gomez, former basketball player Iman Shumpert, comedian Adam Carolla and Olympian Apolo Ohno.
