With Thanksgiving in the rearview and the winter holidays barreling toward us, our attention has turned to dressing for the end-of-year celebrations. While December is still a couple days away, Julia Roberts is already getting in the holiday spirit with her festive footwear.
Roberts attended a London screening of her film, “Leave The World Behind,” in which she stars alongside Ethan Hawke, Mahershala Ali, Myha’la Herrold, and Kevin Bacon. The actor marked the occasion by wearing spring 2024 Gucci, fresh from Sabato De Sarno’s debut collection with the Italian fashion house.
The Academy Award winner wore a blush pink short suit, the hem of her shorts just barely emerging out from underneath the bottom of her jacket. Her blazer featured a plunging neckline, with her black lace bra peeking out from the lapels. Roberts added some pizzaz with a massive, five-strand diamond necklace wrapping around her neck like a collar. She matched her jewelry to her a pair of appropriately blinged-out shoes, also from Gucci: ballerina heels are embellished with beaded fringe, guaranteed to move with every step. The final, cohesive addition was a silver manicure. It’s this kind of attention to detail that wins you an Oscar, folks!
