Joe Rogan rips transgender people, COVID in Netflix special

The comedian’s first special in six years showcased his controversial views, including jokes about the transgender community and the COVID-19 vaccine.

He even acknowledged that he “might have” played a part in spreading vaccine misinformation — but blamed it on those who took his word to heart.

“Here’s my take on that, sincerely. If you’re getting your vaccine advice from me, is that really my fault?” Rogan asked the audience at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio, Texas.

“That’s not my job, kids. I’m a professional s***-talker,” he said. “Some of the things I say make sense. A lot of them don’t. It’s up to you to figure out what’s what. That’s the fun part.”

As for the transgender community, Rogan said he believes in them — but he still has questions.

“I think the world is strange and nature is strange, and nature can throw you a curveball, and you believe you’re in the wrong body,” he said before revealing his stance on the trans community.

“I fully support your right as an adult to do whatever you want that makes you happy,” Rogan continued. “I believe in freedom, and I believe in love. But I also believe in crazy people.”

The former Fear Factor host explained: “I’m open-minded. I just want to know what happened. It’s almost like a pervert wizard waved a magic spell on the whole world.

He also thinks it’s “f***ing weird” that people have accepted this “new reality.”

He also mocked gay men, likening them to mountain lions.

“I’m happy they’re real, but I don’t want to be surrounded by them,” Rogan said.

Burn the Boats is his third Netflix comedy special, following 2018’s Joe Rogan: Strange Times and Joe Rogan: Triggered in 2016.

Rogan was slammed for his anti-vaccine statements and comments about trans people on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience.

Rogan has repeatedly slammed Justin Trudeau in recent months, begging Canadians to save Canada by not voting for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in the next election.

“I don’t go to Canada anymore,” he said on his podcast last month. “Not while that guy’s president or prime minister … get rid of that guy (and) I’ll come back.”
