Whether the (now iconic) Rachel haircut—which enjoyed another renaissance a few years ago—or the effortless feathered layering she and her hairstylist, Chris McMillan, have favored over the years, Aniston’s enviably good hair is always worth taking inspiration from.

Making an appearance to promote The Morning Show on Sunday, Aniston proved she has plenty more where that came from. Wearing a red floral dress, she showcased a shorter bob haircut that grazed the top of her shoulders and framed her face, and puts her in the same camp as countless other celebrities who have been converted by the bob trend recently. Styled with natural movement and a slight flick at the ends, the new cut—which is inches above the mid-length chop she’s been synonymous with in recent years—felt fun, flirty, and youthful, and enhanced her décolletage.

Forever delivering undone, sun-kissed California girl style, Jen has her signatures. As well as her hair—which may change in length, but rarely errs from her trademark, face-framing shape nor that honey blonde shade—she sported natural skin and a brown-toned smoky eye. Oh, and another of Reformation’s summer dresses, too.

Proof that anyone can make the bob their own, Aniston’s new style looks undeniably her, capturing the hallmarks of her previous looks, but in a shorter, arguably fresher fashion. Jen does it again…
