IRFC had announced a dividend of Rs 0.8 per share earlier this month while announcing its results for the second quarter of the financial year 2025.
“Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, this is to inform that the Board of Directors have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 8.0/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each. Further, as informed vide letter dated 22nd October, 2024, the “Record date” for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said interim dividend, as declared by the Board, is Tuesday, 12th November 2024,” the company said in an exchange filing.
The company had also informed that the dividend will be paid in the account of the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration of interim dividend.
In the past 12 months, IRFC has declared equity dividends amounting to Rs 1.50 per share and at a share price of Rs 150.65, the company’s dividend yield is 1.00%, according to the Trendlyne data.
