The home at 11 Molyneaux St boasts three bedrooms, a large bathroom and external toilet, a “basic” kitchen, a lounge room with an open fire and solar power panels.
And it’s all up for grabs for just $119,000.
Images posted to the real estate listing, however, reveal the home is in need of some serious work.
Piles of rubbish both outside and inside the home can be seen in the real estate listing, along with images of exposed walls and electrical fittings.
The listing states the home is being sold “as is” with the rubbish included.
“The power isn’t switched on at the property, so the vendors and myself have no way of knowing what is in working condition,” the listing reads.
“We haven’t had any quotes on repairs and the property isn’t in a rentable condition and would need a significant amount of money spent on it before it could be rented.”
The median price for a three-bedroom home in Warracknabeal is $247,500.
