“Totally died when I accidentally sent this photo to around 30 adults on my son’s soccer group chat 🙈 a while ago, so embarrassing!” she wrote.
“Does anybody else have an embarrassing story like this?”
In the video, Ada went into a little more detail about the incident.
“A long time ago, I did a shoot for Stellar mag, and this is the photo,” she began, pointing to the glamorous magazine cover in which she is wearing a low-cut, pale blue crop top.
“Not gonna lie, I was pretty happy with it, so I thought I’d send it to my manager Claire to see if she liked the cover before it went out.
“I didn’t get a response; I thought that was really weird.
“Anyway, went to bed, woke up the next morning and grabbed my phone.
“And I had sent that photo, not to Claire, I’d sent it to my son’s soccer group’s … WhatsApp chat – all the mums, all the dads.”
Ada said there was “No response, no-one said anything!”
“So then I got back on and wrote, ‘Oh, sorry guys, wasn’t meant to send that to you guys, it was meant for someone else.’
“STILL no response! So, yep, I died.”
Fans had a field day with the story.
“What a boring group of people, I would’ve had a good chuckle with you about it, not ignore it 😂” one person wrote.
“Also CANNOT believe that NO ONE responded!” wrote another.
“I would imagine there was a bit of jealousy there,” suggested a third.
“I’ll bet the husbands weren’t allowed to respond and the wives were far too jealous to respond.
“Shame no one could enjoy it with you.”
“Hahaha crikey, I bet you were popular with the other mums, would’ve got a nice smile from the dads though 🤭😁” noted one fan.
“It’s a beautiful photo. Hope they all saw the funny side x.”
Others recalled their own embarrassing incidents.
“I accidentally wrote to my new accountant, ‘You’ll have to guide me, I’m bad in bed’, instead of ‘I’m bad at tech’. Totally embarrassing 🙈,” one person shared.
“Oh yes my friend, the blunders and slip ups, a lesson I learnt,” wrote another.
“Close all applications when doing live Zooms to avoid embarrassing pop ups or have a good Zoom background! 😂”
“I have done this before but sent one client’s photos to another client by mistake! Big whoopsies lol” a third wrote.
“I love it that you are so down-to-earth, and it shows that moments like these happen to us all,” one follower said.
“Hopefully everyone is kind in the process.
“BTW it is a beautiful photo, as are you.”
