Dressed in a classic white gown, Leah walked down the aisle towards the man she loved after a drama-packed five year romance that put their love to the test on more than one occasion.
There was the recent kidnapping, a near-death experience and a mental health breakdown, all leaving a huge question mark hanging over their future together.
But these two soulmates managed to overcome all the obstacles to say I do — and Home and Away fans were loving it.
Fans especially loved Leah’s wedding gown.
“Ahhhh Leah looked so beautiful,” one fan wrote on Instagram.
“I’m not crying, you are!”
“Wow, absolutely amazing,” wrote another.
“A very, very pretty wedding … I loved every second.”
“Stop, I’m crying, this was so beautiful and heartfelt to watch,” added a third.
Across on X (formerly Twitter), fans reactions were a little more spicy.
“Oh Justin, you amuse me … You won’t grow old together when you marry a black widow … her husbands all die!” one viewer said, bursting the romance bubble.
“There is a wedding happening, but alarmingly, nobody has died in a fiery car crash. Are Aussie soaps losing their touch?!?” another joked.
On the whole, however, fans were just happy to see a love-filled TV wedding.
“Short and sweet wedding for a beautiful couple. Glad it finally happened for them,” one fan wrote.
“It’s unfortunate now they have to deal with Theo and Valerie’s drama!”

Ahead of the wedding episode’s airing, Nicodemou and Stewart spilled details on what it was really like creating the wedding scenes, which were filmed in NSW’s Hunter Valley.
While the end result looked magical, the reality was somewhat different.
The thing with a Home And Away wedding is that it looks lovely on screen but it goes for days and it was so hot and there were so many flies,” Nicodemou told 7NEWS.com.au.
“It was pretty full-on,” her co-star Stewart agreed of the 45C heat.
Despite the challenge, the actors laughed that most flies did not make the final cut and were later edited out.
Along with the flies, Nicodemou says there were “peacocks running around everywhere”.
In between lines, the birds would often make loud, high-pitched screams — even disrupting Justin’s vows at one point.
“We were having so much fun, weren’t we?” Nicodemou said.
“Because after two days of shooting, the end was just us dancing on the dance floor and we had the best time.”
