Geske’s ‘no mess’ magnetic peeling mask shrinks pores in one swipe

Skincare routines can vary depending on the person but beauty fans will know a double cleanse and exfoliation are not enough to get rid of deep embedded blackheads, peeling masks are helpful to remove the stubborn gunk out of skin.

Peeling masks, however, can be messy and they hardly come out as one piece when you lift the mask off. So German beauty brand Geske has introduced a device to do all the dirty work for you and it’s the Touchless Magnetic Peeling Mask, a 5-in-1 smart device with a magnetic cleansing clay mask.

When Madonna first launched her a magnetic clay mask in her skincare line MDNA six years ago, fans were over the moon about it but it cost an eye-watering sum of £458. And now, you can get a Geske magnetic clay mask at an affordable price tag of £59.95.

It is designed as a mess-free away to apply and remove the mask while leaving just the right amount of product on the skin so it “doesn’t strip the skin”.

The mask, combined with Magnetic Cell Stimulation, works on seven skin concerns including reducing fine lines and pores, improving skin texture, boosting glow to the skin, removing impurities and more.

To apply the mask, shoppers can use the spatula to help distribute the mask on hard-to-reach areas and leave it on face for 10 to 15 minutes, then hover the device over the mask and watch it remove the gunk in the most satifying way.

One Amazon shopper shared: “The mask helps fight impurities and makes my skin glow beautifully. The massage function is relaxing and the spatula evenly distributes the mask. This product gives me a great spa experience at home.”

Another tried it for the first time and was impressed: “I can hear a subtle buzz when it removes the mask. It’s wild but I’m also surprised how clean my face is after that and I don’t have to wipe, it really is mess-free!”

But one was not sure of the texture left on skin after removing the mask, adding: “It’s probably just me but I feel like I haven’t removed them thoroughly and it left a layer on.”

Other than Geske, e.l.f also launched a Beauty Shield Magnetic Mask Kit With Vitamin C and it’s £28 including Magnetic Mask, Magnet Wand and 20 Magnet Wand Covers.

For a traditional peeling mask, Peter Thomas Roth’s FirmX Peeling Gel visibly rolls, lifts and sweeps away impurities when massaged onto skin and it’s available to purchase on Amazon for £35.
