Farmer Wants a Wife’s Clare Hockings wows with pregnancy update as detail in Instagram post sends fans wild

Farmer Wants a Wife’s Clare Hockings, who announced in June she was expecting a baby with Farmer Brad, has wowed fans with a glimpse of her growing baby bump.

Taking to Instagram, the reality star shared a selfie of her posing in a mirror, and wearing a form-fitting grey dress with her hand gently cupping her pregnant belly.

“All of a sudden, we have a serious bump happening over here 🥰,” she captioned the post.

The mum-to-be was standing in a bedroom and a well-made bed could be seen in the background.

It was a detail Farmer Brad took to the comments to address.

“Big mumma, how good did I make the bed. And no shoes inside, please,” he wrote.

@farmerbradau that’s weird, I distinctly remember making the bed myself this morning 🤷‍♀️,” Clare cheekily responded.

“Love the banter you two have,” one fan responded.

Meanwhile, other social media users spotted a silver ring on one finger of Clare’s hand.

The detail led to some serious speculation.

“Beautiful ❤️ Is that an engagement ring on your finger?,” one person quizzed.

“Wouldn’t that be great?” a user replied.

“It’d be fantastic if they are also engaged,” another wrote.

While Brad and Clare have not addressed engagement rumours, the duo announced the surprise pregnancy just a month after Farmer Wants a Wife finished airing on Channel 7 and 7plus.

“We’re so excited to meet our newest little farm hand! Baby Jones due December,” Clare wrote in an Instagram post on June 26.

Sharing more about the development in an interview with New Idea, the duo spoke more about the circumstances around it.

“We didn’t think it would happen as quick as it did,” Brad told the publication, with the pair admitting it had been a “crazy” time.

The duo reportedly decided to wait and discover the baby’s gender “the old-fashioned way”.

The couple previously told 7Life they are on the same page with being “ready to settle down and start a family and get married”.

“We’re exploring what the future looks like for us,” Brad said in May.

That same month, Brad called Clare his “partner in crime” as he told of the experience of appearing on the Channel 7 show.

“What a ride it has been,” Brad wrote in his Instagram caption, shared on May 31.

“Firstly, I would like to thank each and everyone for their support over the last few months.

“There are so many people I would like to thank, so this will take a while.

“The four legends who I got to share this journey with, Brenton, David, Matt, and Andrew, how much fun we had together was something we will talk about forever.

“To the ladies, thank you for the time and energy you took out of your lives for the chance at Love.

“To (hosts) Sam and Nat, that were so easy and fun to be around during filming.

“There were so many laughs and great times I had with you both, so thank you for the support.”

After thanking his family and friends, Brad said the production crew “deserve medals” for their work in putting the TV show together, adding: “Let’s just say I’ll stick to farming.”

“Lastly, I went on this crazy experience for one thing only to find a partner in crime, and I can say I have happily found that with you, darl,” he wrote.

“Clare, who would have thought we would find each other on a reality TV show, but we did, and I couldn’t be happier.

“We have many more rides in life together, and I can’t wait for what the future has in store for us xx.”
