She has wowed fans with her glamorous look on the farm – and now it’s clear Farmer Wants a Wife star Claire Saunders isn’t the only one in her family to turn heads.
The popular reality star – who won the heart of Farmer Andrew in the most recent series of the hit Channel 7 show – revealed how her father was quite the stunner in his youth, by sharing a text message exchange between the pair.

The hilarious exchange was documented to Claire’s Instagram stories, where she told her 34,000 followers it was a “standard convo” with her dad.
In the pictured text messages, her father had shared a snap of himself taken years ago.
“The boys found this somewhere in NZ and are having a field day can you remember this?” he wrote.
And the photo in question was certainly a head-turner.
In it, Claire’s dad posed shirtless, with his muscular and tattooed body on display.
Her response was also seen in the screenshot, with the star poking a little fun with her reply.
“Haha yes Dad I remember that”.
“Back in your hay day [sic], you look like you’re constipated though.”
Shared the photo in full size with her followers, she said, “Haha it’s a constipated Greg #dad”.
The hilarious exchange comes after Claire and her partner Andrew welcomed a new member to their family, a tiny pug named Mowgli.
“Guys, meet Mowgli,” Claire wrote to Instagram in July.
“@farmerandrewau picked him up for me today while I was at work.
“Haha not sure he will make a good working dog but OMG my heart.”
In a separate picture, Claire was shown cuddling Mowgli, who was looking directly at the camera, ready for his selfie.
For anyone curious about the name, Mowgli is the main fictional character in Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book stories.
In another cute photo, a rather sodden-looking Mowgli was all wrapped up in a pink towel.
“Little drowned pug-rat,” Claire captioned the photo.
Claire recently opened up about the “pros and cons” of her move to Narromine, NSW, to be with Farmer Andrew after the pair found love on the 2023 season of Farmer Wants a Wife.
She made the move from Tasmania after Andrew revealed he was falling in love with her — with the duo exiting the show early to start their new life together.
The reality star said she had settled into the “really beautiful little town” of Narromine, 40km west of Dubbo, an almost six-hour drive from Sydney.
