“Guys, meet Mowgli,” she wrote, sharing a picture of a tiny little pug.
“@farmerandrewau picked him up for me today while I was at work.
“Haha not sure he will make a good working dog but OMG my heart.”
In a separate picture, Claire is shown cuddling Mowgli, who is looking directly at the camera, ready for his selfie.
For anyone curious about the name, Mowgli is the main fictional character in Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book stories.
In another cute photo, a rather sodden-looking Mowgli is all wrapped up in a pink towel.
“Little drowned pug-rat,” Claire captioned the photo.
Claire is clearly lapping up farm life but it hasn’t stopped her from maintaining her trademark glamorous, long-lashed look.
In a selfie posted to Instagram on Monday, she showed off a new set of dramatic black lashes.
“Nothing like that afternoon sunshine and a fresh set of lashes,” she captioned the photo.
Fans and followers loved the fresh look.
“You’re looking amazing Claire. Farm life is the perfect life with one’s soulmate,” one fan wrote.
“You glow from within!”
“I do enjoy your posts. Wishing you and Andrew a lifetime of love and peace,” wrote another.
Claire recently opened up about the “pros and cons” of her move to Narromine, NSW, to be with Farmer Andrew after the pair found love on the Logie-nominated 2023 season of Farmer Wants a Wife.
She made the move from Tasmania after Andrew revealed he was falling in love with her — with the duo exiting the show early to start their new life together.
The reality star said she had settled into the “really beautiful little town” of Narromine, 40km west of Dubbo, an almost six-hour drive from Sydney.
“The main street has lots of trees and garden greens and it has everything you need, even a Coles,” she said.
“We have been so busy on the farm with just organising things here that we haven’t got out much.
“We are heading to the Show Ball in a couple of weeks, so it will be nice to finally support a local event.”
