Not a travel pillow – my full-size pillow because to me, we must stay in a hotel almost 200 nights a year and for me, consistency is just so important. He continued: “So after a few years of travelling and struggling with my pillows, I will just take my own pillow and I take it everywhere because it compresses a lot in the bag, it doesn’t actually take as much space as you think. And that’d be my one piece of advice for a frequent traveller.”
