Duchess Sophie wows in Barbie pink power suit | Royal | News

Duchess Sophie sparked a right royal fan frenzy during the last day of her and Prince Edward’s tour in Malta last week.

The Duchess of Edinburgh sported a full-on Barbie pink power suit for day four of their trip.

Sophie joined Edward and they both posed with the British High Commission staff before making a visit to the EasyJet Maintenance Facility at Malta International Airport.

The royal looked incredible in a suit by Gabriela Hearst she has previously worn before, which consisted of the Angela blazer and the Vesta trousers, both in the shade blush.

She paired the look with her beloved pink Jimmy Choo Rosalia pointed heels and Sophie Hasburg’s Moneypenny bag in beige and coral raffia.

Sophie finished the whole look with another recycled item – the Hermes Les Murmures de la Foret Twilly scarf which she wrapped around her low ponytail.

Royal fans were impressed with Sophie’s style choice and took to social media to praise her.

One user wrote on X: “Love this look on Sophie! She has truly blossomed as The Duchess of Edinburgh.”

Another one said: “Oh how pretty in pink! & I agree the scarf is beautiful- who doesn’t love a Hermes scarf! I treasure mine.”

A third one chimed: “Oh my! Love the scarf in the hair! So retro.”

A fourth one said: “I do not recall her wearing suits with trousers that often. It is a nice look for her. She is always so engaged with people.”

A fifth one added: “What a gorgeous ensemble. The trousers are just the right length and the scarf is to die for.”

A sixth one commented: “Flawless cotton candy pink.”

And another one opined: “You know how much I love this twilly scarf! Heheh. It was a joy to see HRH was wearing it.”
