Schiaparelli autumn/winter 2024 has kicked off Couture Week in Paris, and the arrivals are almost as exciting as the collections. Case in point: Doja Cat, who is always here to impress (lest you forget, she covered herself in 30,000 crimson Swarovski crystals to sit front row last year).
“We took her to the extreme!” makeup artist Pat McGrath says, who did the star’s makeup backstage. McGrath and her team are fresh from Vogue World: Paris, where they worked their magic on models.
McGrath created Doja Cat’s faded butterfly-blue, sculpted winged eye using her PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil and Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner in extreme black and a new eyeshadow palette that’s yet to be launched. The look was set with McGrath’s Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder. Doja Cat’s glossy, nude lips, meanwhile, were perfectly drawn on using Dramatique Mega Lip Pencil in Obsessed and finished with a slick of Lust Gloss in Heavy Petal.
Doja Cat’s beauty looks never disappoint at couture week, happily, her extreme version of the “luminous and otherworldly” beauty at Schiaparelli stole the show once again.
