Koch said he was soon to fly to London to be with her, ahead of Georgie’s first ultrasound.

“Lib and I are off to London to visit her and on Monday – we are going to the ultrasound appointment. She is 24 weeks.”

Koch said he intended to buy her a pram, a tradition for their family.

“We are going pram shopping, so think of me,” Koch said.

“We have a family tradition, we buy the first pram for each of the families.

“(We’re) very excited. It’s number nine for us.”

Georgie is David and Libby’s youngest child. The couple, who have been married for 44 years, share three other children: Bree, Alexander and Samantha.

In November 2021, Kochie welcomed his eighth grandchild, his son AJ and daughter-in-law Carolina’s first child.
