Chef and Coles ambassador Courtney Roulston joined Sunrise to show us how to cook up some delicious burgers with a Matildas twist.
BLOODY MARY FOWLER
- 1.25L tomato juice
- 1/4 Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 celery stalks
- Dash of Tabasco
- Salt & pepper
- Ice to serve

Mix all ingredients into a pitcher. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with celery stalk.
BIG MACKENZIE BURGER
- 4 Coles Brioche Burger Buns
- 4 Coles Finest Angus Beef Patties
- 4 butter lettuce leaves
- 4 slices Coles Burger Cheese
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/4 cup Coles Burger Sauce
- Pickles to serve
Warm burger buns until toasty. Cook beef patties to liking, melting the cheese on top. Assemble burger starting with sauce, lettuce, beef, onion and top with a pickle.
EMILY VAN EGG-MOND MUFFIN
- 4 Coles English Muffins
- 8 rashers bacons
- 4 free range eggs
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Warm muffins until toasty. Cook bacon until crispy and fry eggs in oil. Assemble muffin with egg, bacon, cheese and top with Green & Gold Sauce.
GREEN & GOLD SAUCE
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup coriander
- 1/2 cup mint
- 1 spring onion
- 1 green chilli
- 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a smooth consistency.
