The gut-busting scene drew groans from the crowd, the New York Post reported, before the unnamed contestant was escorted off the stage.
“I’m honestly surprised there isn’t puke everywhere at the end of these things,” one X user said in response to a video of the spewfest posted on X.
“The ol’ reversal of fortune!” another response said.
The sour scene saw the contestant, sporting an orange mohawk, attempt to chug a gallon of lemonade alongside Booker, who has won the event every year since it began in 2021 and topped his record this year in a time of 21 seconds.

His previous record of 23.08 seconds was set last year.
The event also saw a new Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest winner crowned after longtime champ Joey Chesnutt was banned from competing due to a dispute over vegan hotdogs.
