A Sydney man is the first of two winners of Tuesday’s Oz Lotto jackpot to come forward.
The Blacktown resident will split the $30 million prize with a second winner in Queensland.
While the search continues for the Queensland registered player who purchased his ticket online, the Blacktown man on Wednesday morning told The Lott he hadn’t slept since discovering his $15 million win in draw 1566.

“Mate, I haven’t slept! I saw the win last night and thought I was losing it,” he said.
“I don’t know when I’ll be able to sleep again.
“I just never thought I’d see the day when this would happen.”
He described the relief he felt after discovering the win, and admitted he and his wife are already dreaming about how they’ll spend their winnings.
“The first thing that came to my head last night was, ‘I’m mortgage-free’,” he told The Lott.
“That is a huge weight off my shoulders and is going to set us up for the future.
“My wife and I are already fantasising about booking an overseas trip, too.
“We haven’t travelled in years and don’t know where we want to go yet but we can’t wait.”
The Lott officials told 7NEWS.com.au they have spent Wednesday morning desperately trying to get hold of the two winners, and will continue trying to reach the Queensland winner today.
They’ve urged Oz Lotto players to check their tickets for the winning numbers 7, 11, 17, 24, 33, 39 and 43, and supplementary numbers 26, 27 and 44.
The Oz Lotto prize jackpotted to $30 million after the division one prize went unclaimed for four weeks straight.
It is the biggest prize won in the lottery game this year so far, and coincides with its 30th birthday — which the Blacktown man said “makes it all the sweeter”.
