A teenager will face court on Tuesday over the alleged stabbing of another teen who was fleeing a car crash on Myrtle St at Prospect, in Western Sydney last Friday.
The 16-year-old crash victim was in a car being “followed by a group of people in another two cars” when it smashed into two parked cars and a power pole about 7.40pm, NSW Police said.
There were several males in the crashed car, one of who “tried to run away,” police said.

“He was allegedly chased and stabbed in the leg on Oaktree Gr.”
The 16-year-old victim was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead in a stable condition.
The alleged offender, also a 16-year-old boy, was arrested days later in a Blacktown home after specialist units helped police with their investigation.
He was taken to Blacktown Police Station just after 7.30pm on Monday.
He was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, armed with intent commit indictable offence, custody of knife in public place and stalk/intimidate intend fear physical etc harm (personal).
Police will allege in court the 16-year-old teen stabbed the other teen in the leg.
He was refused bail to appear at a children’s court on Tuesday.
