Charles Melton’s Fashion Week Look Paid Homage to His Niece

Melton’s subtle outfit for the show reflects his fashion tastes as of late. The star says he has been experimented with a more pared-down vibe. “My day-to-day style consists of traditional pieces—a white T-shirt, chinos, and sneakers, with an emphasis on proportions,” he says. “I’m generally drawn to 90s oversized fits and cropped hems.” Taking in the collection as it came down the runway (or, rather, the High Line), Melton also gravitated towards the pieces that references ’90s skate culture. (His favorite look was the I Love New York tee.)

With NYFW wrapping up tomorrow, meanwhile, Melton says his fashion fun will now soon be traded in for Hollywood prep. “I will be going back to work and preparing for my next project, which I’m excited to start,” he says. We personally cannot wait for his next film, Warfare, which will feature a star-studded cast including Kit Connor, Joseph Quinn, Will Poulter, and D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai. “It was an incredible experience working with our directors Ray Mendoza and Alex Garland, and with all the actors from the film,” says Melton. “We bonded on and off set and made something truly special.” Consider us hooked.
