Catherine, Princess of Wales brutally attacked in disgusting rant about her looks after cancer treatment: ‘Is she a smoker?’

A British TV star has taken aim at Catherine, Princess of Wales, claiming she looks “aged” and must be a “smoker” in a social media post about the beloved royal at Remembrance Day commemorations.

Good Morning Britain panellist and Big Brother UK alumnus Narinder Kaur made the comments following Kate’s sombre appearance at The Cenotaph in London on Sunday, where she was photographed in a stylish black military jacket, elegant fascinator and poppy badge.

The mother-of-three revealed in March she had an undisclosed cancer that had been discovered when she had successful, planned surgery for an unspecified but non-cancerous condition.

She went through preventative chemotherapy and said in September that she was “cancer-free”.

At the weekend Kate made two public appearances for Remembrance Day events — a gala concert on Saturday night and the Remembrance Sunday service in her first consecutive days of duties since returning to work.

But in the wake of her appearances, Kaur said on X: “Genuine question – why has Kate aged so much? Isn’t she only 42? Is she a smoker? It’s the only explanation.”

Sunrise’s Europe correspondent Ben Downie appeared on the show on Tuesday, speaking about Narinder Kaur’s comments about Catherine, Princess of Wales. “Trust a former Big Brother contestant to cook up a take like this,” Sunrise European correspondent Ben Downie said.

“As you can imagine a tweet like that has certainly caused a storm over here in the UK, many people labelling it as offensive.

“Bizarrely, she actually doubled down … eventually though, she was forced into an apology.”

The comments created widespread outrage on the social media platform, with users calling the post “disgusting”, but Kaur took aim at her again: “My brother had cancer… he didn’t age like that.”

Kaur decided to reply later with a video, after she was again inundated with angry responses.

“I thought I’d do a quick video instead of tweet after tweet, because it becomes pretty ridiculous — as if it wasn’t ridiculous enough already.

“I put out a stupid tweet. That wasn’t my intention, my intention was not to be malicious or nasty or anything.

“I’m not like that, anybody who knows me. It was stupid to ask about the ageing. I’ve admitted that, I’ve put my hands up and apologised if it caused offence.

“The only people who were offended though, because many people on Twitter and social media have asked exactly what I’ve asked but did not receive the sexual, racial, violent abuse that I did from accounts with EDL flags, Union Jacks, disgusting abuse.”

In the clip, Kaur later took aim at Princess Kate for her “white privilege” for not having to work as she received cancer treatment.

“You exposed your narrative. You exposed that what this was all about was I as a brown woman, an Indian, had the gall to criticise Kate’s appearance,” she said.

“I’m not going anywhere. I’m not leaving the country. I’m gonna continue. You can keep cancelling me as much as you like, but you will not silence my voice just because I’m a Brown woman, and it is that, and you will never convince me otherwise.”
