(NewsNation) — Don’t sound the death knell on Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage just yet.
Affleck flew into the Hamptons Saturday to attend his wife’s 54th birthday at her East Hampton home.
“He’s here for the week,” our insider said.
The party was “Bridgerton”-themed, and guests had elaborate costumes made for the fete.
Lopez had spent the previous week hanging out with Affleck’s daughter Violet, with whom she has a close relationship.
As for whether or not Lopez and Affleck are headed for divorce, our insider would only say: “They’re still wearing their rings.”
Lopez has been out east for the majority of the summer trying to keep a low profile with her manager, Benny Medina.
“It’s been a horrific year,” a friend said. “She’s just trying to heal.”
However, the “Bridgerton”-themed party is not something Affleck is a big fan of, as “he’s much more low-key and a homebody,” the friend said. “He hates this stuff.”
But kudos to him for showing up to Lopez’s bash nonetheless.
