Last night in Noho, Veronica Swanson Beard and Veronica Miele Beard (the Veronicas!) celebrated the launch of their fall-favorite Dash Bag. Hosted at the swanky The Nines, the night was sure to be nothing short of chic. Guests were among the likes of Shailene Woodley, Sophia Bush, Camila Morrone, and Jasmine Tookes, as well as various fashion industry insiders and friends of the brand.
The supper club was decked out with timeless decor, supplemented with upbeat music echoing throughout the space. Once inside, three specialty craft cocktails and various passed hors d’oeuvres could be found at the bar, as well as a tower of chips and caviar; it truly couldn’t have been more “Manhattan.”
As guests settled into their conversations and admiration over the Dash Bag, the Veronicas introduced Banks as the special performer of the evening. And, coincidentally, she proclaimed that this year will mark the 10th anniversary of her debut album, Goddess. As a treat for guests–and to celebrate herself–she performed “Goddess” for the first time, acoustically, as well as “Beggin for Thread” and “Gemini Feed.”
Veronica Miele Beard shared with Vogue that their Dash Bag can be defined as “upscale modern,” and has already been incredibly popular this season. “We do a brown bag [every year], and this one is quickly selling out!”
